Anirvan Chowdhury

Anirvan is a Director at Qualcomm Ventures and focuses on investments in India across multiple domains. He joined Qualcomm Ventures with ~fifteen years of experience working in Venture Capital, Corp Dev, Data Science, & Engineering Design across organizations like Premji Invest, Blume Ventures, Applied Materials, Cipla, and Accenture. Prior to joining Qualcomm Ventures, he was leading the India early-stage practice of Premji Invest, one of the largest Global Family Offices with ~$10B AUM. At Premji Invest he served on the boards of Lambdatest and Spotdraft, and prior to that he was driving Frontier Tech, SaaS, and Healthcare investments for Blume Ventures, one of the leading Venture Capital firms in India, where he had the opportunity to invest across Spacetech, Robotics, Dev tools, MLOps, AI, Healthtech, Vertical SaaS. Some of his previous partnerships include Pixxel Space, ATI Motors, Lambdatest, Atomicwork, Scribble Data, Medfin, Sprinto, Bluecopa, Zipy.ai, to name a few. 

Prior to Blume Ventures, he had a stint as an entrepreneur, worked in Inorganic Growth with Applied Materials and Cipla, and also worked as a data scientist with Mu Sigma and Accenture. 

He is a mechanical engineering graduate from BITS, Pilani, and holds an MBA on a scholarship from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
