Shannon Gallagher-Bolton

Shannon serves as Senior Director, Legal Counsel for Qualcomm Ventures and Corporate Legal M&A team. Prior to joining Qualcomm, she was an Attorney in the business group at Cooley LLP where she focused on corporate matters, M&A and financing transactions.

Shannon received a B.A./B.S. in Legal Studies and Business Administration from UC Berkeley and a J.D. from the Pepperdine School of Law.

Outside the Office

Outside of the office, Shannon enjoys traveling, hiking, and cheering for Cal football (Go Bears!).
